**How you’ll make an impact**

Platforms is one of two growth businesses for AMP, and as such, is supported by a substantial investment in projects. It exists in a very competitive market, and a robust regulatory environment, which requires regular reviews of strategic direction and operational emphasis. The target segment for Platforms is mass affluent through the advised channel, with some service provided directly to clients that become unadvised.

The purpose of this role is to act as the voice of the Distribution team and our clients into projects and other relevant business initiatives. The role manages and co-ordinates the go to market (GTM) activities for the Distribution team in conjunction with the Change, Project and Marketing teams, as well as other relevant business areas. The role also plays a key role in co-ordinating remediation activities where Distribution team involvement is required, triaging issues to business SMEs and communicating change.

The role is also a key point of contact into the Distribution team for other business areas.
- Distribution (voice of client) SME for projects
- Conducts due diligence reviews and sign-off on Product, Marketing and Sales collateral and communications on behalf of the Distribution team
- Manages escalations and troubleshooting for the Distribution team and is a liaison point for other business units
- Produces or provides input into content for internal and external communications
- Act as a conduit between AMP departments to achieve resolution of any issues or develop better working practices
- Support the Distribution Enablement team through a Distribution and Advice lens in the execution of product and marketing initiatives to maximise sales opportunities.
- Coordinating event and education team within enablement by managing (factors in downstream teams) initiative/projects/enhancement timelines.
- Collates feedback from the Distribution team to share with the broader business to help drive client centric decision making
- Supports the Head of Distribution Enablement in the development and execution of the Sales initiative roadmap
- Support the Distribution Team’s relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Directs complex technical BDM queries to the relevant business SME
- Work effectively within AMP’s shared values and behaviours

**What you will bring to the team**

Ideally, you will bring the following experiences to this role:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial service (or related industry)
- Previous Sales or Advice support role in Financial Services highly desirable
- RG146 compliant
- Diploma of Financial Planning (or equivalent tertiary qualification) desirable
- Platform knowledge and understanding of Advice processes and the Financial Planning landscape
- Stakeholder management
- Effective influencing skills
- Highly motivated and disciplined
- Able to work well autonomously and as a part of a wider team
- Has a knowledge of Distributions Soft Sales skills programs
- Confident, articulate and a persuasive communicator
- Resilient, can-do attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, high-performance environment, able to pivot and respond to changing business needs
- Well organised administratively and with good time management skills
