**The Role**

The Go-to-Market Manager works with the Product teams to ensure all new products are launched to the right audience in line with business objectives. The GTM role is instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. This role will need to be both analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

**Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your role will include**:

- Working closely with the product team, develop the strategy of the GTM, providing clarity on priority items and ensuring timely progress in a structured manner, ensuring efficient allocation and use of financial resources
- Build marketing programs to support specific product and partner objectives across varying business units, marketing channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Market through various channels and segment databases collaborating with key stakeholders
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
- Report on all campaign activity and use data insights to inform future plans

**The Person**

You’re goal orientated, have a sense of urgency and your nature is to challenge the status quo. Electric cars in Australia is still largely uncharted territory which means your passion to make a difference, desire to use your initiative and continuous focus on excellence will ensure your success in this new role.

**What you need to be successful**:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a B2B focus - having worked across large and small businesses
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
- Superb stakeholder management, communication and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
- Experience across a range of marketing channels including: digital, direct, events and print.
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for engaging communication.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Experience working with external agencies
