**The Role**

We are seeking **Expressions of Interest**from **Teachers**and **Education Leaders**who would like to join **Sheldon College in 2026**. We seek interest from Early Learning, Primary, Middle and Secondary Teachers and School Leaders in all disciplines. If successful you will be responsible for delivering a cutting-edge curriculum at Sheldon College.

**About you**
- Relevant tertiary teaching qualifications in Education.
- Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or will obtain by start of 2026 Academic year.
- Ability to plan and deliver exceptional teaching and learning programs that meet the needs of students according to ACARA and QCAA.
- Passion for quality teaching and learning and the ability to translate this into a challenging learning environment with strong student engagement and excellent academic outcomes.
- Ability to create a safe, secure learning environment in which trust is fostered, individual differences are respected and valued, and students are encouraged to be risk takers and self-directed learners.
- Capacity for reflection and self-directed learning with a commitment to continuously improve teaching practices.
- Strong team orientation with a willingness to contribute and collaborate.
- Ability to establish effective relationships with students, parents and colleagues and partnerships within the wider community.
- High standards of personal integrity and professionalism
