**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Supervise and coordinate the entire operational process, including booking, scheduling, tracking, and delivering shipments
- Works closely with the staff to ensure staff are engaged and understand their role and contribution to the team
- Build partnerships with stakeholders, business partners and clients to enhance support and cooperation to achieve outcomes.
- Regularly review and refine operational procedures to adapt to changing industry trends and best practices.
- Facilitate team meetings, ensuring efficiency and active participation, allowing all members to share thoughts, ideas, and concerns.
- Implement the organisation’s induction, recruitment, reward, training and retention and development policies.

**TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE**
- Substantial experience in Interntional Freight Forwarding, with ideally 2 years in Management.
- Extensive understanding of global shipping rules, customs protocols, and trade adherence.
- Effective leadership qualities, inspiring and directing cross-functional teams.
- Superb communication, negotiation, and adept problem-solving aptitude.
- Skillful in Cargowise software, shipment tracking, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical approach to data, translating into strategic decision-making.
