**Nextt** is seeking a dedicated professional with experience in **Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)** and **restrictive practices** to join our team in **South Ripley**.

**About the Role** Support a client in a **Supported Independent Living (SIL)** environment, assisting with:

- Cooking & meal prep
- Household tasks
- Daily activities & well-being

**Client Interests**: Marvel, anime, and gaming (bonus if you share these interests).

**Shifts Available**
**Week 1**:

- Tues: 16:00 - 07:30 (sleepover 22:00 - 06:00)
- Wed & Thurs: 16:00 - 06:00 (sleepover 22:00 - 06:00)

**Week 2**:

- Tues: 16:00 - 07:30 (sleepover 22:00 - 06:00)
- Thurs: 16:00 - 06:00 (sleepover 22:00 - 06:00)

**What We’re Looking For**
✔ Experience with **complex needs, PBSP, and restrictive practices**
✔ A **patient and supportive** approach
✔ Ability to **engage with client’s interests**

**Pay Rates**
**(Casual Home Care Employee 3.1 + 25% loading)**
- **Day**: $33.96/hr | **Afternoon**: $37.36/hr | **Active Night**: $38.04/hr
- **Saturday**: $47.55/hr | **Sunday**: $61.13/hr | **Public Holiday**: $74.72/hr

**Essential Requirements**
First Aid & CPR
Driver’s licence & comprehensively insured vehicle
QLD Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
Completion of **NDIS Quality, Safety, and You** modules
