We are currently seeking reliable and professional Security Officers to join our growing team. The successful applicants will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at a variety of venues and sites, including events, hospitality venues, and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and protect premises, staff, and visitors
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections
  • Manage access control and crowd movement
  • Handle incidents calmly and professionally
  • Write accurate incident and shift reports
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Current Victorian Security Licence (with appropriate endorsement)
  • Valid First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) (for venue work preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and strong work ethic
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
