This high profile Australian resources company is an industry leader, with a long history of continuous growth and success. Dominating the market on the back of their values of innovation and sustainability, their team is rapidly expanding and looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead their high performing team.

The Accounts Payable Manager will manage and mentor a talented team of 6, along with driving key process improvements and system implementations. You will have a mix of responsibilities including:

- Oversee the Accounts Payable function and team performance, in line with organisational policies
- Drive the design and implementation of process improvements to current systems and procedures
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure they are provided with all relevant data
- Respond to and resolve supplier and employee enquiries
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

To be considered for this impressive role, you will have previous experience as an Accounts Payable Manager taking ownership of a complex Accounts Payable function, along with strong leadership and staff development capabilities. It is also required that you have dedicated experience with process improvements and system implementations.
