**About the role**
Due to internal growth, our client is seeking an experienced Accounts payable/Receivable officer to join their business. They are a leading manufacturing business based in Western Sydney. Working within their supportive and friendly team-oriented environment, the role will suit an accounting professional who has experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations.
**The Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Processing of high-volume invoices
- Managing the Accounts Receivable inbox and responding to supplier enquires.
- Preparation, allocation of costs to correct accounts, and sending invoices.
- Reconciliation of bank and supplier reconciliations
- Managing debt and collections
- Working with Microsoft Dynamics, Office, and Excel
**The successful applicant**
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Accounts Receivable/ Payable
- Strong attention to detail.
- Project aware and task-focused.
- Hold a friendly and positive attitude.
- Previous experience using integrated accounting software - (QAD, SAP - Preferred, but not required)
