**How will I help?**
At Westpac Group, all employees are allocated mandatory learning based on their role. This role manages the governance and administration around the assignment and deployment of mandatory learning.
Learning Services help our customers across the enterprise design best-in-class learning and support them through the maze of development and deployment. As a team we are curious, caring, insightful with smart minds and even bigger hearts. We work together to transform the learner experience to make it the best it can be.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the currency and accuracy of mandatory training requirements through the governance of the LMS job profiles and eAcademy User Groups
- Provide consultation to key business stakeholders on the assignment and deployment of mandatory learning
- Administer change requests from the business/profile/policy owners regarding LMS job profiles, or Mandatory
- Manage and conduct the annual LMS Job Profile Review (SoX Control)
- Manage and conduct the annual User Group Review (SoX Control)
- Manage CSA and audit related activities, as required for the two SoX controls
- Maintain governance around LMS job profiles and User Groups
