Job Description

We are seeking a professional to lead and provide consultation throughout the end-to-end life cycle for all aspects related to mandatory learning, including governance, design, allocation and deployment.

This role will involve working closely with customers across the enterprise to design best-in-class learning and support them through development and deployment. A team of passionate professionals with a shared ambition to make a difference for our customers, communities and each other.

The ideal candidate will have a strong governance and risk focus (SOX Controls), technical experience in Learning & Development, good stakeholder management and project management skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, a structured way of working with attention to detail and the ability to work independently with a high level of self-direction, problem solving ability and self-motivation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for governance and risk management.
  • Designing and delivering learning programs that meet the needs of customers.
  • Managing stakeholders and projects effectively.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identifying and implementing simplification opportunities.
