**About the Company**

**Duties**

Acting on behalf of **private/self-insurers** and the **State Government**, you will be managing **claims and investigations** from start to finish, mainly focusing on **medical negligence** matters. You will also be required to appear in any **hearings, inquests, mediations, or witness interviews **and advise clients on claims related to **income protection, funeral cover, and permanent disablement**.

**About You**
- Mid-Senior Lawyer with **6+ years **of relevant experience
- A relevant **law degree**:

- Excellent research, drafting & communication skills
- Ability to mentor junior lawyer, paralegals, and other staff.
