**About you**:
You are highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. You pride yourself in being immensely organised and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are an allrounder, adaptable yet agile, utilising initiative to assist the wider HR and operational teams with achieving "next level" results. You are eminently driven and passionate about** **People & Culture** **and being part of a collaborative team. You are committed and confident in building long term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

**What You Need**:

- A qualification in Human Resources
- Experience in a similar Human Resources role
- Driver’s Licence (Manual preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in managing priorities and delivery of high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
- Strong administration experience with a trusted ability to uphold strict levels of confidentiality
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Commitment, energy and drive
