As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for:

- Participate in the strategic planning and management of the site operations
- Own and drive the Continuous Improvement cycle for the Rail Operations Team
- Provide guidance and oversight to the Rail Operations team across day and afternoon shift as they execute the daily operational plan to sustainably meet agreed KPI's in Safety, Efficiency, Quality and customer service.
- Staff management with a focus on future proofing the business.
- Performance management for individuals and the team.
- Asset Management to maximise ROI.
- Effective management of relationships both internally and externally.
- Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business management - Desirable
- Suitable qualifications in Logistics and Management.
- Previous experience in managing a warehouse or cross dock operation.
- Culture and change management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Computer literacy including MS Office suite.
- Excellent Customer Management skills
- Analytical skills suitable for this position.
- Accreditation or qualification in Lean Management - Desirable
- Ability to ensure OHS requirements are met
