THE ROLE - WHAT WILL YOU LOOK AFTER?
- You will perform logistics activities (receiving/packing/shipping);
- Manage and solve shipment escalation.
- Support in coordinating finished goods shipping activities with external logistics providers.
- You will verify that products returned match products listed on return merchandise authorisation.
- You will process returned products through the company system: Create sales orders, receive and transfer products to service department, etc. and perform credit/rebill process.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
- Must be a self-starter, a "hands-on" individual who enjoys a challenge and dedicated to getting the job done with mínimal support and direction.
- Strong results orientation, positive "can do" attitude, and a sense of urgency to get things done and you must be a team player.
- Must be PC literate. Preferably able to use MS Office suite and have ERP knowledge and/or experience and experience with a CRM, eg. Salesforce.
- Must be able to communicate (reading, writing & speaking) in English.
- Able to lift and carry light to medium weight (
