We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join their team with a focus on supporting their growing base of multi-product trading strategies, and specifically Macro focused strategies.
You will need to have a deep understanding of credit derivatives, CDS, CDS indices (including options), CDS index tranches, as well as listed fixed-income securities & futures.
You must be familiar with clearing workflows for all products including central clearing (DTCC, ICE, LCH), bi-lateral clearing, and prime brokerage including repo workflows.
Specifically you will need:
- Over 3+ years experience within a trading firm, broker or fund manager directly supporting a credit desk.
- Working knowledge in the following areas:
- Credit derivatives
- Central clearing houses
- Fixed income clearing including repo transactions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of VBA, SQL or Python highly advantageous.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and decision making and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and numerical reasoning skills.
- Experience working in a high-pressure & high-volume environment with ability to deliver results in time sensitive situations.
