**Responsibilities**:

- Work with teams to ensure Scrum activities including sprint planning, review, teams’ standups, and retrospectives as well as continuous refinement
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur, escalate if required
- Foster an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives

**Qualifications**:

- Over 5 years proven track record of operating as an effective scrum master in a fast paced environment, including managing scope, timeline, sprint planning/stand ups, backlog grooming and sprint retrospectives.
- Experience in effective capacity planning of a team with various skill sets and mapping this to the product requirements.
- Proven track record of working with Product Owners to deliver high quality results.
- Proven ability to jump into a complex situation, issue resolution and clear communication to business partners.
- Demonstrable background and track record of working in agile delivery methods. Transparency on velocity, burndown and planning in the sprints.
- Experience of Atlas, JIRA, Odyssey and the suite of agile delivery tools. Knowledge to create structures and dashboards for sprint tracking purposes is a big plus.
- Fluent English (as we work in an international environment).

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in the investment banking domain (for our client).
- Technology background, having good understanding how things work.
