Based in Parramatta, Thomson Automotive are an established dealership with a fantastic reputation as a trusted location for buying parts and servicing new & used motor vehicles. We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our team.

This is a full time position and is available for immediate start.

This applicants are preferred to have demonstrated experience in the automotive industry

The Role:

- Preparation of invoices, quotes and purchase orders
- Picking, packing and dispatching
- Review orders and verify all documentation for entry into the dealer management system
- Liaise with customers and identify their queries
- Receipt cash, cheque, and credit card payments for parts, and accurately record them on the cash sales summary

About You:

- Knowledge of Parts Catalogues (preferred but not essential)
- Demonstrated understanding of principal of stock management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient and experienced with computers and programs
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
