As a Invoice Processing Officer you will be responsible for:

- Reviewing and processing customer invoices and ensuring timely and accurate payment
- Providing compassionate, patient, and exceptional customer service to NDIS participants, family members & service providers
- Contributing proactively to a dynamic, adaptable work team
- Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with NDIS providers and helping to resolve any payment or invoice issues

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication skills (vocal and written), with people from all different backgrounds
- Sound administrative skills with ability to process high volumes of invoices
- A hands-on work attitude with great team ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient use of Client Management Systems and Technology
- An understanding of the disability sector, and some exposure to NDIS (desirable but not essential)
