**National Contract Manager - Commercial Cleaning**
- Commercial cleaning experience essential

- $100K base plus super + $17.5K car allowance
- Based in Sydney, frequent interstate travel required

**The Company**

Well-established in the Australian cleaning industry, Quad Services has seen significant revenue growth over the past few years and is looking to bring on and develop top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for a Regional Manager with strong relationship-building skills. This is a full-time role with frequent travel throughout Australia.

**The Role**

As the National Contract Manager, you will:

- Be the first point of contact for our client
- Lead the cleaning team
- Budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis
- Coordinate and oversee all reporting requirements
- Undertake people management, including training and administration functions
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders
- Coordinate periodic works and extra works
- Invoicing for extra works and in-contract works
- Conduct routine site audits (cleaning inspections)

**Skills and Experience**

The successful applicant will be a suitably experienced leader who has:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An eye for detail
- Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Experience in the cleaning industry is essential
- COVID19 vaccination (fully vaccinated)
- National Criminal History and Working with Children Checks are required for this role
