As a Lead Educator, you will:

- ** Lead and Mentor**: Guide a team of educators within a room, focusing on individual development and mentoring to ensure the highest standards of care and supervision.
- ** Collaborate**: Work seamlessly with fellow educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- ** Create**: Foster a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- ** Develop**: Nurture our team members, empowering them to confidently contribute to our children’s learning journeys.
- ** Connect**: Build trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management, and community stakeholders.
- ** Ensure Excellence**: Maintain compliance with EYLF and NQS standards, aiming to exceed expectations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator is essential.
