**The Opportunity**

This opportunity is with a mid-tier law firm, based in Canberra CBD, supporting a small group of Partners and their legal team. You will be the go-to person that assists with all office duties to ease the pressure on the friendly team.

With a great working culture and social events to bring staff together, it is an amazing firm to be a part of. They have invested heavily in technology; the business has an extremely low staff turnover rate and it will provide multiple opportunities to assist you in growing your career.

**The Role**:
This role will see you support Partners and their teams with all office duties:

- Front of house service with a smile
- Answering and directing calls
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Expenses
- Opening and closing files
- Provide support to executives
- Ad hoc administration tasks

**The Requirements**
- At least two year's of work experience working in a law firm.
- Strong organisational skills to manage a large number of files at a time and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal staff
- A team player, willing to help others when necessary
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible with the ability to manage change effectively.
- Independent but able to work as part of a team.
