**Overall purpose and **objectives**

**Main tasks and **duties**
- Understand business requirements and craft proposals based on analysed data
- Identify unique and non-standard existing contractual terms by analysing multiple agreements and commercial documents
- Identify renewal scenarios by analysing billing reports and customer data from different internal sources
- Partner with Legal department to amend Master Service Agreements and secure GDPR requirements
- Proactively recommend solution to risks, uncertain and/or inconsistent data.
- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency in contract creation
- Provide training and guidance to sales teams and other internal departments
- Proactively optimize process and tools based on data analysis, Key Performance Indicators and working alongside Operations & Enablement team, Systems, Finance and Legal

**General **requirements**
- A passion for technology with Software as a Service experience preferred
- Work experience in contract management, order management, deal desk, or similar role with exposure to sales teams, OR experience in management consulting with prior project work in sales and operations
- Understanding of commercial terms, sales and commercial agreements
- Advanced strategic thinking & analytic problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way and develop creative/innovative solutions
- Virtual team member who appreciates a global organization and is comfortable to build rapport and ensure outcome accuracy
- A fast-thinking, high-energy individual who embrace ambiguous scenarios with a sense of humor will thrive in this role
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German is essential
- BA/BS required
