With a rich history spanning over 170 years, the business has consistently been at the forefront of identifying healthcare market changes and trends.

They proactively integrate these insights into business activities. Boasting a workforce of over 5,500 employees worldwide and a robust European business base they have firmly established itself in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region.

Currently, we are seeking a Territory Sales Manager who embodies the following qualities:

- **Customer Champion**: Engage clinicians and customers, working diligently to identify optimal product solutions.
- **Team Member**: Inspire and foster the growth of individuals, propelling business advancement.
- **Strategic Closer**: Generate profitable business, consistently surpassing performance objectives.
- **Change Agent**: Demonstrate resilience while continually striving to enhance healthcare and transform patient care.

The role primarily focuses on Metro Local Health Districts (LHDs) encompassing the hospital sector and linked community channels. Responsibilities include driving territory sales for focus product categories in Wound Care and other designated areas.
- Previous experience in medical device sales within Public & Private Hospitals and Community Healthcare channels.
- Tertiary qualifications in nursing, science, business, or a related field.
- Eagerness to proactively engage with stakeholders and introduce as a dynamic supply alternative.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Commercially driven focus with a track record of accountability for driving quality and timely work outputs.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Enjoyment of account management, including CRM responsibility.
- High-level negotiation and influencing skills.
- A team-based, solution-oriented mindset coupled with a can-do attitude.
