**Working within our WA Property and Buildings market it is expected that you will**:

- Develop positive relationships with our key clients in the P&B sector
- Identify and pursue significant project opportunities
- Executive management and/or project directorship on a portfolio of significant project work
- Mentor and develop younger professionals within the architecture team
- Work with our WA Market Leaders and key Client Relationship Managers in our Transport, Defence, and Energy & Resource market sectors to build/promote P&B focus and workload
- Connect nationally with our P&B step up strategy
- Explore opportunities in other market sectors such as health/wellbeing and education/science

**What would you bring to the team?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years’ tried experience in business development tasks for a service company, ideally with technical consulting industry knowledge and eye for business
- A strategic, client-centric approach to working
- Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to influence with or without formal authority
- Well reputed within the industry
- Strong business acumen and results driven
- Problem solving skills and sound decision-making ability
