Due to company growth we are actively seeking an **Invoicing Clerk** to join our** Audi South Brisbane **team.

**What the role entails**:

- Providing professional customer service to all customers that include over the phone, walk ins, etc.
- Preparation of repair orders and correct costing of invoice
- Checking of completed repairs
- Effectively manage the administration including pre-checking all repair orders prior to vehicles coming in
- Reconcile daily, cash till with relevant cash sales invoices Receipts customer invoices

**What we are looking for**:

- Accurate data entry/computer skills
- Great communication skills with an outstanding telephone manner
- Exceptional customer service ethic
- Excellent telephone manner and skills
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Current driver's license
