Busy Waste Management company, seeking data entry specialists for a temporary assignment. A rewarding workplace with the chance to work in a collegiate team environment.

**About the role**

Our client is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to assist them for a contract role commencing ASAP on a 3-6 month assignment.

Your key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Accounts Receivable duties including invoicing, reconciliation and reporting, issuing monthly statements;
- Accounts Payable duties including preparation of payments, reconciliation of EOM supplier statements, gaining invoicing authorisation and inputting into MYOB;
- Regular Credit Card / Expense Management via Concur and MYOB systems;
- Bank Reconciliations;
- Preparation of management data and reporting; and
- End of month duties including group pie charts, sales reconciliation and monthly management reports.

**About you**
- This role would suit someone with prior AR & AP experience
- Self-motivation and the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
- Flexibility in your approach and be adaptive to new environments
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to confidently liaise with internal and external parties
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Word and Excel competencies
- Dynamics 365 experience advantageous
