Rana Property Group (RPG), a fast-growing real estate agency based in Parramatta, is seeking an experienced and motivated **Human Resources Manager** to lead our recruitment and HR operations. This is a key role focused on expanding our team of high-performing **real estate sales agents** and supporting broader HR initiatives as we continue to scale.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment with a focus on sourcing, attracting, and onboarding real estate sales agents
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to support company growth plans
- Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organisational development
- Promote a strong employer brand and positive workplace culture
- Manage general HR functions including performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- Support training, development, and staff engagement initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven HR experience, preferably within real estate, recruitment, or sales-driven environments
- Strong recruitment expertise and ability to build high-performing teams
- Knowledge of Australian HR legislation and employment practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth setting

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37 per week
