At the QAS we support 450+ pre-elite and elite athletes from talented juniors through to Olympic, Paralympic and World Championships medallists to win on the world stage. We support both in-house squad programmes, partnership programmes with National Sporting Organisations and/or scholarships for individuals who are on medal winning trajectories for international success. We have a bold new 2032 High Performance Strategy to propel us forward to enable more medal winning moments by Queensland athletes and ultimately inspire the State and the Nation ahead of a home Games in Brisbane 2032. **In this role you will**: - Provide quality advice and operational support services to coaches, athletes, and sporting partners to ensure the effective and efficient organisation of travel requirements, equipment purchases, coordinating the procurement of low-value assets, monitoring athlete agreement acceptance and compliance and co-ordinating annual athlete medical screenings. Together with the High-Performance Operations Lead and team of High Performance Managers establish and maintain effective and structured reporting systems and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organisation. In conjunction with the High-Performance Managers, attend meetings and develop strong relationships with sports and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and to effectively address issues to contribute to the effective and efficient operations of each of the high-performance program. As a member of the QAS team, take shared accountability for setting a high performance culture to enable successful outcomes. Positively contribute to a high-performance culture at all organisational levels to provide innovative, informative, and integrated solutions that leads to accomplishing compliance and meets organisational objectives.
