**Job Description**:

Play a pivotal role in supporting the design, development, and execution of in-store marketing materials, promotional tickets, and value-driven campaigns.**:

- ** Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives that enhance our customer experience.**:

- ** Advocate for best-in-class visual merchandising, contributing to the successful delivery of the Customer Value Plan.**

As part of the In-Store Marketing team, you will play a key role in supporting the development, design, and execution of in-store point-of-sale materials, promotional tickets, and value campaigns. With a customer-first mindset, you will advocate for best-in-class visual merchandising principles while contributing to the delivery of the Customer Value Plan.

Working cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners, you will ensure that all in-store marketing and value-driven initiatives are seamlessly executed to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

- Generate and distribute monthly POS packs to stores, ensuring timely delivery and managing all administrative tasks related to freight, printing, and budget tracking.
- Contribute assets for supplier packs and activations, collaborating with major liquor brands and agencies to maintain quality and ensure timely execution.
- Oversee compliance with Free Standing Display Unit guidelines, ensuring adherence to brand standards across all stores.
- Support the execution of value and trade campaigns from planning to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and materials.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns, producing reports, and providing insights on competitor trends to enhance content and campaign performance.
- Provide flexible support across various marketing projects, role-modelling Endeavour’s values and ensuring effective teamwork and communication.

**Qualifications**:
Now let’s talk about you:

- Previous retail experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the retail environment.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, working effectively with both internal and external partners.
- Proven ability to solve problems efficiently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing agencies, including developing briefs and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Previous presentation experience delivering to various internal and external stakeholders.
