We currently have an opportunity for a Workshop Supervisor - Service/Repairs/Installations. This is an exciting opportunity to challenge yourself and develop your career. The role directly supports the Workshop Manager and will be responsible for providing professional mechanical engineering expertise to the workshop team enabling the planning, preparation, modification, installation of new and used Palfinger equipment as per customer/sales team build specifications. The role will provide supervision and training & development of the Workshop Fitters.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Trade qualification in one associated mechanical, automotive, vehicle body building or metal trades environment
- Current Drivers Licence. MR/HR preferred but not necessary
- Excellent diagnostic and mechanical problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to work requirements and prioritise workloads
- Passionate and focused on workplace Health & Safety
- Strong people management skills including assisting and supporting your team in solving technical and operational problems
- Ability to foster an upbeat, positive and productive working environment
- A positive can-do attitude and the ability to "Lead from the front" in both effort and disposition
- A team player with the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Computer skills; Microsoft Office
- Above all, you will be a team player and enjoy contributing positively to our close-knit team.
