Supervisor - Reman

**The Opportunity**:
Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? Komatsu is seeking a dynamic **Reman Supervisor** to lead our skilled team at the Wacol Branch, where we restore heavy machinery to optimal performance for our valued clients. As the Reman Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the rebuild, refurbishment, and quality assurance of heavy equipment components. You’ll lead by example, guiding our team to meet high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Working closely with our service and technical teams, you’ll ensure our products leave the workshop performing like new.

**Roster: Monday to Friday**

**What we are looking for**:
- Proven leadership experience within a workshop or manufacturing environment
- Strong technical background in heavy equipment repair or remanufacturing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of technicians and support staff
- Oversee workshop operations, ensuring safety and quality in all processes
- Coordinate workflow, manage schedules, and meet project deadlines
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
