As a **Guest Services Team Member**, you will be at the heart of our guests’ experience, working closely with medical professionals, clinical staff, and external providers to coordinate top-tier recovery programs. If you love engaging with people, staying organised, and creating a calm and supportive environment, this role is for you.

Full-Time or Permanent Part-Time considered.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- ** Deliver exceptional guest care** by ensuring a smooth and supportive experience before, during, and after their stay.
- ** Coordinate clinical services** alongside our expert team, ensuring seamless scheduling and program adjustments.
- ** Engage with guests** through administrative tasks such as inductions, feedback collection, and program reviews.
- ** Create a welcoming environment** that fosters recovery, dignity, and comfort for our guests.
- ** Manage logistics** for guest appointments, activities, and consultations.
- ** Maintain high standards of compliance** and confidentiality in patient records and processes.

**About You**:

- Have experience in **administration within mental health, addiction, or healthcare services**.
- Are a **compassionate and professional** individual who thrives in guest-facing roles.
- Have excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** to support both guests and staff.
- Are highly **organised and proactive**, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Have strong **IT skills** and experience with platforms like Slack, Best Practice, or Podio.
- Hold relevant qualifications and certifications, including **First Aid & CPR, a Blue Card, and a valid driver’s licence**.
