In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with leaders and employees in the UK, US, NZ, Philippines and of course Australia. It is a true global role requiring strategic input and global execution. You will be accountable for the following: - Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute the People Strategy and Roadmap aligned to the vision and longer-range strategies in connection with the team's vision. - Build highly engaged teams through our engagement survey and action plans using CultureAmp - Lead and execute strategic people projects globally - Build, embed and monitor compliance to all relevant people policies - Provide insightful people analytics, trends, and recommended actions to the leadership team to guide planning, program design, decision-making, and measures of success. - Drive organisational design, workforce planning, and change management as we continue to grow and scale. - Build a culture of inclusion by infusing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies into talent acquisition, manager growth and development, employee experience, and organisational health. - Coach senior leadership through organisational issues, talent strategies, and leadership development. - Coach our leaders on employment law matters and support our leaders in managing performance **What are we looking for?** - You'll be an experienced HR professional who thinks strategically, but is also prepared to roll up your sleeves and get things done. - You'll thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment, and be passionate about supporting teams to scale effectively. - Highly collaborative approach with the ability to quickly build strong and trusted relationships across leadership teams, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders. - Energy to get things done in an iterative approach and willingness to jump from strategy to development to change management in order to scale programs aimed at driving business outcomes. - Excellent business storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to translate "HR speak" and data insights into an accessible, influential narrative. - Critical thinker and analytic-minded with success in developing data-driven solutions to the business. - Business-first mindset with an ability to work at multiple levels of the HR stack; primarily focused on strategic impact while being comfortable driving programs linked to clear business outcomes **What are the benefits?** - Culture of smart, fun and values driven people, where everybody's voice matters - Flexibility and freedom to make a big impact on Marketplacer in your role - Access to our learning platform with over 90,000 courses & videos to choose from - A culture of integrity focused on a mission - An environment where curiosity and collaboration is cherished - Constant celebration of winning - Regular team building events, strategy days and company wide events - both in person and online Marketplacer is a world-leading technology Software as a Service (SaaS) company equipped with all the tools and functionality to supercharge commerce, building successful and scalable online marketplaces, at speed.
