About the Role

As the Product Training Specialist and Internal Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for providing in-depth product knowledge to both our internal sales team and external clients while also managing and nurturing a portfolio of less than $30K accounts. This role requires a passion for educating others, a strong understanding of our product offerings, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales support and Product Training and Development.

This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to combine product training and sales account management, making it an ideal fit for individuals who are passionate about both educating others and driving business success through effective sales strategies. The salary range will be determined based on market rates, level of experience, and other relevant factors.

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Internal Sales

**Product Training**: Develop and conduct engaging training sessions for our internal sales team, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our products, features, and value propositions.

**Training Materials**: Create and update training materials, product guides, and other resources to support the ongoing development of our sales team.

**Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team, providing product expertise and assistance in effectively communicating the value of our offerings to potential clients.

**Account Management**: Manage and nurture a portfolio of less than $30K accounts, building strong relationships with existing customers and recognising business’ that may need support and working through accounts that may no longer be aligned with the RR business Strategy

**Customer Engagement**: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing product solutions that address their specific requirements.

**Upselling and Cross-selling**: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients, contributing to revenue expansion.

**Sales Reporting**: Track and analyse account performance metrics, providing regular sales reports, and forecasting revenue projections.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, the wider sales Team, in sales strategies with product updates and market trends.

Learning Specialist

**Learning Content Deployment**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely deployment of learning content and training materials through Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant platforms.

**Key Account Support**: Work closely with our Key Accounts Manager to understand their specific training needs and develop customised learning solutions that align with their requirements.

**Specialty Store Training**: Create engaging training materials tailored to the unique needs of specialty stores, facilitating product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

**Platform Management**: Oversee and manage the functionality and user experience of the Learning Management Systems, ensuring easy access to learning content and a user-friendly interface.

**Content Updates**: Regularly review and update learning content to reflect changes in products, policies, or industry standards, ensuring the most relevant and up-to-date information is available.

**Performance Tracking**: Monitor the effectiveness of the training programs by analysing key performance indicators and gathering feedback from key accounts and specialty stores.

**Training Support**: Provide technical support and assistance
