The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, organised and proactive individual to join the Dexus Valuations Team as a Valuations Coordinator. The Valuations Coordinator will assist the Head of Valuations and the Valuation Operations Manager with the management of the national statutory valuation process whilst assisting the valuation team with the implementation of the external valuation programme.

You will make an impact by:
- Managing the statutory valuation / land tax process- Assisting with the coordination of the quarterly valuation programs- Managing purchase orders and payment of invoices- Coordinating the annual valuation tender process- Undertaking annual review of valuation Policy & Procedure documents- Producing annual Valuation Timetable with key dates- Maintaining and updating the Valuation Information page on the company intranet- Assisting with diary management including travel arrangements
