Join our small, yet dynamic Buying team. This newly created position will be instrumental in helping drive Carma’s rapid and exciting growth
- perfect for an ambitious individual with a great eye for detail, and who has the ability to multitask across several areas. You will report directly to the Head of Buying, providing operational support, streamlining processes and identifying areas to increase efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Buyers with sourcing and identifying vehicles for sale within Carma’s buying parameters
- Provide coordination support for customer trade ins and valuations
- Conduct all pre-sale checks and administration including vehicle’s service history, ASIC checks etc.
- Manage and maintain all of the buying systems
- Develop strong working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders from our delivery drivers through to our mechanics and everyone in between
- Provide a high level of administrative support, including managing shared inboxes, calendars and logistics coordination where required

**About You**:

- Previous experience in administration or coordination in a fast paced environment
- Amazing customer service skills
- Any experience in the automotive industry would be beneficial, or an eagerness to learn
- A self starter - happy to work independently and in a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Tech savvy, experience using different systems, and comfortable learning new systems as required (Essential)
