**Executive & Ministerial Services Clerk | 6 Month Contract | Upto $550 p/d Including Super**

**About The Company**

Looking for a 2x Executive & Ministerial Services Clerk to join a rewarding and large NSW Government agency located in Sydney (CBD), who is a major service provider working to strategize to improve the development of the people in NSW.

**About the Role**
- Prepare, review and deliver a broad range of Parliamentary, Executive and Ministerial correspondence, documents and services
- Coordinating and providing briefings
- Committee operations, secretariat and other relevant services,
- Escalate emerging issues and risks
- Ensure effective crisis management, coordinate and deliver responsive, high quality and effective ministerial and executive services for the department.
- Coordinate, track and contribute to delivery of incoming and outgoing correspondence, briefs,
- speeches, presentations, reports, house folder notes, budget estimates and parliamentary questions to ensure effective team performance.
- Maintain record keeping systems and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures for recording, processing and delivering advice, services and administrative support.
- Prepare, review and deliver a broad range of cabinet, ministerial and parliamentary services

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience in Ministerial services highly desirable
