The team at Gradi Group are looking for an experienced and charismatic Venue Manager to join our dynamic team At 400 Gradi we are all about fun and authentic Italian flavours and atmosphere. Utilise your leadership and hospitality skills in this exciting role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Driving team culture, join us in building our community and welcoming everyone to the family
- Setting, implementing, and reviewing service standards
- Training, development, and management of staff
- Rostering in accordance with budgetary requirements
- Controlling costs through stock control, orders, and labour
- Driving revenue and maintaining budgets

**About you**:

- Passion for Italian food An understanding of Italian cuisine is preferred.
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Experience managing a hospitality / restaurant venue
- Thrive within a fast-paced environment
- High level of business, management, and financial skills
- Commitment of achieving outstanding results
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Available to work a rotating seven-day roster, including nights and weekends and public holidays
