Work within a team that will support, mentor and guide you to become a true HR generalist in a environment that fuels the challenge and accomplishment within you as a HR Practitioner.

Reporting to the HR Manager - Operations, this role will be provided the trust to provide HR advice to our operational managers and employees in a wide variety of areas:

- Interpretation and clarify of conditions of employment and industrial instruments including Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards to employees and people leaders.
- Advise and support grievance and dispute resolution in accordance to policies and procedures
- Full cycle of recruitment and other talent related activities
- In conjuction with HR Manager - Operations, support learning and development activities and other Peoplea nd Culture projects aligned with TMHA strategy.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to operational management in relations to HR related items.
- Advise Branch management on appropriate strategies or action required to deal effectively with recruitment, staff performance, conduct or disciplinary matters issues that may arise.

**Skills and experience**:

- Certificate IV or Tertiary education in HR
- Sound HR generalist experience within a blue collar industry is desirable but not neccessary
- Sound knowledge with Industrial relations and proven experience in providing advice and support in this area.
- Proven experience with recruitment and talent acquistion
- Proven abilities in developing and maintaining relationships with key and senior stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A can do attitude and has a willingness to growth and develop
- Ability to time manage and set clear priorities
