We’re looking for passionate, compassionate professionals to fill **multiple full-time 12-month contract roles** within one of our collaborative Claims Manager teams. Play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, offering reassurance and support to landlords when it matters most.

**Your Role at Suncorp**
As a Claims Manager, you'll:

- **Manage Multiple Claims**: Oversee a portfolio of cases, providing timely updates and clear communication to our customers.
- **Review and Process Claims**: Work with customers to assess and settle claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- **Build Relationships**: Cultivate positive, meaningful connections with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
- **Deliver Outstanding Customer Service**: Engage with customers empathetically and provide ongoing support, ensuring they’re informed every step of the way.
