**$63.40 per hour + salary packaging | Team Leader - ACAS**
Permanent Full time | 80 hours per fortnight with a monthly ADO

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate day to day team operations
- Complete complex aged care assessments as required
- Supervise and mentor assessment staff
- Facilitate medical assessments and specialist visits
- Lead quality improvement and strategic initiatives
- Represent the service at internal and external meetings

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Health or Social Science
- Qualified in a Vic West SAS core discipline (e.g. OT, RN, SW)
- Proven team leadership and staff supervision ability
- Strong community engagement and clinical judgement
- Skilled in assessment, planning, and problem solving
