Nestled in the heart of the bustling city centre, YHA Fremantle boasts 49 rooms and 175 beds, offering a stay steeped in history at the Fremantle Prison. Constructed in the 1850s, this unique lodging is the only one in Western Australia to hold the prestigious UNESCO World Heritage Status. For the thrill-seekers, an overnight stay in an actual prison cell awaits Additionally, the property caters to those seeking more comfort with a newly built section featuring private ensuite rooms for a touch of luxury.

**About the role**:
YHA Fremantle is in search of a **Housekeeper** to join our team on a part-time basis. Our housekeeping staff plays a crucial role in maintaining the property's cleanliness and upholding the high standards expected of YHA properties.

**Day-to-day duties include**:
Housekeeping duties are all about ensuring a sparkling clean environment, from revitalising shared spaces and disinfecting bathrooms to making sure guest rooms and kitchens are spotless. It's also about keeping essential items fully stocked and upholding the property's immaculate state.

**What are we looking for**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning
- Willingness to take direction from others
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Availability of at least 4 days & 4 nights per week
- Good communication skills verbal and written
