**The Role**:
As Front of House, you’ll serve as a key member of our service team. You will be responsible for overseeing that we meet our commitments to customer service, high quality standards and our fellow team members' enjoyment in a busy environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensure customer experiences are at or above our standards.
- Serve as a brand ambassador with a presence that helps ensure every guest receives an excellent experience that compels them to return
- Observe that steps of service are followed, as well as identifying and suggesting opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct a smooth opening, transfer of shifts and/or closing that makes sure the restaurant continually serves customers at our standards - from open to close.
- Have a motivation to understand the menu & customer offerings.
- Act in a manner consistent with the business' values that provides a motivational and supportive environment for each of our team mates.
- Help to quickly identify and resolve any stressful situations with clear communication and a team focused approach.
- Become proficient in POS system to ensure seamless orders, payments 7 transactions for our guests.

**Job Location**: Windsor Venue, 3181 Victoria
**Position Type**: For the right fit into the fam, we're flexible
**Salary**: As per the Award Wage, with Bonus opportunities & Incentives ;)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $20.33 - $32.48 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
