The Role (Full-Time, On-Site)

You'll be the first smile members see and the steady hand guiding new people from "curious" to "confident." You'll own the front-of-house and sales experience:

  • Front-of-House LeaderGreet, tour, and onboard; manage check-ins, phones, DMs, and emails. Be the consistent, confident presence at the studio entrance.
  • Sales with HeartConvert walk-ins and trials into members through genuine conversations. It's not about pushing a sale, it's about guiding people into the right path for them.
  • Lead Follow-UpNurture warm leads, book consults, and keep the pipeline tidy and moving.
  • Onboarding ExcellenceCommunicate with the team to ensure every new member's journey is smooth, from sign-up to their first session, with clear, consistent touchpoints.
  • Community PresenceTake part in the community we're building be visible at events, challenges, and activities so members see you as part of the BE-IT family.
  • Standards & Systems Keep the front-of-house pristine and on-brand. Confidently use MindBody, Wingman (CRM), and WhatsApp communications to uphold our high standards.

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

  • Show-up rate to booked consults/trials
  • Walk-in to sale (converting visits into memberships)
  • Walk-in to community (ensuring they feel part of BE-IT from day one)
  • Speed-to-contact and consistent follow-up

Must-Haves

  • 1–3+ years sales experience (membership, retail, hospitality, or similar)
  • Comfortable with phone scripts and CRM systems
  • Teachable, coachable, and part of a team bigger than yourself
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and being part of a vision that changes lives

This role has uncapped earning potential. With a base Salary and a competitive commission structure.
