**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
- Bake cookies throughout the day
- Operate cash register
- Help customers choose from a variety of cookies and answer questions
- Uphold health and safety standards, including food preparation and handling procedures

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently
- Basic math skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Flexibility to work at our Hawthorn and Windsor shop when needed.
- Looking for 3 to 5 shifts per week (5 hours shifts).

This will be a casual role, covered by the award rates.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $24.02 - $32.79 per hour

- Windsor, Vic 3181: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
