Job Expectations
Build your career and Australia’s future.
Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.
A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Automation Specialist, reporting to the Senior Manager, Delivery PMO.
A bit about your role
As the Automation Specialist, you will support the team in the development of minor tactical solutions to improve process inefficiencies. This role will see you collaborating with technology and management teams to understand technical and structural requirements and help to define standards for how data will be stored, consumed, integrated, and managed across the organisation.
You will provide analysis and design expertise in creating and executing an automated data strategy on a tactical basis while assisting key technical discussions with program stakeholders around defining the changing data needs of the company. Further, you will assist with the rollout and technical implementation of related strategic solutions.
A bit about you
As you will be engaging with different stakeholder groups, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field would be valuable.
