Billing Specialist

We are looking for a reliable Billing Specialist to help the Billing team in Melbourne run smoothly This is a full-time role reporting to the Billing Manager APAC. You will be joining a team of 2 and work as part of the Sales Operations/GTM Support team.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Send invoices and resolve billing customer escalations for internal support and CSM teams.
- Collaborate with other departments for specific issues impacting customers and identify opportunities to streamline and improve billing processes and customer management.
- Liaise with our hardware vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of physical purchases and to coordinate returns.
- Process integrity check account state audits (this mainly applies to our refund and credit process) & update dishonoured payment records.

**What you need to bring**:

- Post-secondary degree in business, administration, finance or any related field
- Prior billing experience (1-2 years)
- Experience in a customer-facing role and great communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SAAS services (eg print, telco, utilities) and Google workspace
- Stellar time-management and prioritisation skills and a flair for problem-solving
