**What you can expect as a Retail Administrative Specialist at Chadstone, with us**:
- Greeting client & suppliers and providing them with necessary assistance.
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Team, including processing of payments and co ordinating client deliveries.
- Supporting the showroom with the reception function and administrative tasks, such as data entry, banking, customer reconciliations and client after sales service
- Supporting the Store Manager and wider team with a variety of administrative and co-ordination tasks to achieve the smoothest running of the showroom and best customer experiences possible.
- To be well trained and developed so that you are equipped to excel in this vital role.
**Here’s what we’re looking for**:
- Customer service and administrative experience from any frontline facing environment such as Retail, Hospitality, Travel, Contact Centre, Sales..to name a few.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- **An individual who is self motivated and can connect with people**.
- **Experience in a customer-driven environment**:
- Proven workflow and self-management capability including** time**
**management, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills **in a rapidly
changing environment.
- A **team-orientated** mindset and approach.
- Basic computer skills
