Join a large Australian law firm in the heart of Melbourne CBD, as a Corporate Receptionist, providing relief secretarial work as required.
Company
A large Australian Corporate law firm with almost 600 partner and staff nationally, offering a collegiate, dynamic, and supportive team environment. This firm is passionate about their soul priority - Adding value to their clients and ensuring their business success.
The Role
As a first point of contact to clients and guest, you will be the warm face of the law firm, providing a concierge style of service and additional administration support to the team as required.
Duties include but are not limited to;
**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
Greet all clients and guest with a friendly and warm welcome to the firm;
Answer and redirect incoming calls;
Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain presentation of the meeting rooms;
Arrange beverages for meeting room guests;
Relief secretarial work as required; and
General ad hoc administration tasks.
**Required Skills**:
Experience within a similar front of house concierge or receptionist position;
Strong organisational and communication skills;
The ability to work full-time, in the office, Monday to Friday;
A passion for delivering a high-quality professional service;
