**The Role**:
- **Diverse Screening Tasks**: Conducting reference checks, police checks, employment checks, academic checks, financial checks, psychometric testing, and more.
- **Efficiency & Quality**: Delivering outcomes quickly while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- **Innovation**: Contributing to process improvements with your innovative ideas and proactive approach.
**About You**:
We're looking for individuals who genuinely care and excel in customer service. Your exceptional phone manner and communication skills will set you apart. Here's what you'll need to shine:
- **Client-Centric Attitude**: A dedication to providing top-notch service to our clients.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy, grammar, and punctuation.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new systems.
- **Experience**: Previous pre-employment screening experience and knowledge of Australian regulations is a plus, but not required as we provide full training.
